Counselling & Coaching

Counselling

A supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and what’s feeling difficult right now. This might include anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck. You can expect a non‑pathologising, relational space that respects who you are, including your neurotype and background. Together, we can make sense of what’s going on and find a way forward that feels more manageable and aligned with who you truly are.

Counselling + Coaching

A blended approach that offers emotional support alongside everyday strategies for life. This service is offered with an explicitly neurodiversity‑affirming lens, meaning we focus on understanding how your mind works rather than trying to “fix” it or make it fit a neurotypical ideal. It can help if you want to understand yourself more deeply while finding ways of living that feel more manageable and aligned with who you truly are.

Individual Sessions - Fees

I work with a mix of standard, concessionary, and free sessions so that therapy can be more accessible for people who face financial or social barriers.

Standard fee (50min session)

Online: £ 100

In-person: £ 120

These standard fees help me sustain my practice and support concessionary and pro bono spaces.

Concession slots (online)

Reduced‑fee sessions, usually between £ 50 and £ 70, depending on income and circumstances.

These are prioritised for people from marginalised communities who face financial or social barriers.

We agree on the exact fee together at the start and can review it if your situation changes.

Pro bono slots - for individuals from the global majority:

A number of free sessions are reserved specifically for individuals from the global majority, especially when there are multiple barriers to accessing mental‑health support.

By “global majority,” I mean individuals racialised as Black, Brown, Asian, mixed‑heritage, and other ethnically minoritised communities whose lives are shaped by systemic racism and the assumption that whiteness is the norm.

These slots are usually offered through charity referral or specific access routes and are subject to availability.

Online length and fee flexibility

For online sessions, I can sometimes adapt the fee if the session is shorter or longer than 50 minutes.

This is discussed on a case‑by‑case basis and agreed in advance, so you know exactly what you will be paying.

Why my fees are set this way

My fee structure is designed to support equity and reparation, and to make therapy more accessible for people who face systemic barriers.
