A gentle space for women navigating hormones, societal expectations, and neurodivergent life stages, from late identification to midlife shifts.
We'll explore together with validation, peer sharing, and my AFAB specialism. Honouring the full arc of your experiences

Dedicated time for parents and carers of neurodivergent children.
A place to breathe, connect, and receive understanding, beyond always prioritising your child's needs.
Drawing on my 20+ years in primary teaching, we centre your experiences with warmth and community.

Late-Diagnosed Adult Recovery Workshop

Neurodiversity-affirming exploration of personal patterns, burnout rhythms, and sustainable steps forward.
Shared insights, practical resources, and group discussion for those realising their wiring later in life.

I offer tailored workshops and presentations to help schools, workplaces, and community groups better understand and support neurodivergent individuals. These sessions move beyond basic awareness to provide practical strategies for creating environments where different brains can thrive.
